MOTIVATION - it's right inside you!
PART-1:
Motivation means uplifting yourself whenever you feel like you are ready to give up or are going through the toughest situations. This can be done by yourself or with the help of someone. Motivation is of two types: intrinsic (self-motivation) and extrinsic (through others). But what is the need for motivation? Why is it needed?
Life is a series of ups and downs. We cannot stay constant throughout life; problems may hit us at the speed and harder the batsman hits a ball to get a six. Sometimes there may be days when we are happy, sad, etc. However, whatever problem we face, the challenges we face should not become obstacles to achieving our goals. Instead, it should become a strength to prove to ourselves that nothing can stop us from achieving our goals. Therefore, if we have an ambition for life, even though the number of hurdles we encounter will not become an obstacle, we will be automatically motivated in every phase of our lives. There may be times when we have continuous failures that make us feel bad and get us into depression. But wake up, start working harder than before, and believe in yourself and your hard work. Hard work will pay off some other day, for sure. We should stay motivated and dare enough during tough times instead of losing hope and giving up.
